Sam I Am

Sam is a nature enthusiast with a passion for all things wild, weird and wonderful.  He was spawned in the Great Lakes watershed and grew up tenaciously exploring the islands, forests, rivers and bays that make the area unique. After an eighteen year stint just outside of Cleveland, OH, Sam moved to the Rocky Mountains, where his enthusiasm for wildlife grew.  Since his move away from the Midwest, he has been fairly nomadic, with stops in Colorado, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Washington.  He continues to spend his summers in the Les Cheneaux Islands of Michigan's Upper Peninsula and hold a fervent love of Cleveland sports.

Since graduating from the University of Colorado in 2014, Sam has made a living as a fly fishing guide.  He currently works for Emerald Water Anglers in Seattle, WA as an instructor, guide, travel host and web designer.  In his free time, Sam enjoys skiing, fishing, hunting, sailing, golf and camping.  If you don't find him with a fly rod or camera in hand, he is likely clutching onto a thick fantasy epic or enjoying a beer at a local concert.

Sam Lincoln is a tenacious champion of environmental conservation.
